To help you better understand the upcoming changes to Nob Hill Water Association’s billing structure, effective April 1, 2026, we have created a Bill Comparison Calculator. This tool allows you to enter the water usage from a previous bill and see what that same usage would cost under the new tiered (inclining-block) rates.
Before using the calculator, please confirm the correct number of services connected to your account. Single-Family Residential, Industrial, and Yard Meter accounts are one (1) service. Multi-Family and Commercial accounts must enter the total number of active services associated with the property, as fixed fees and usage tiers apply per service.
You will also need to select the correct calculator based on your location:
- City of Yakima customers (within city limits) — includes the City of Yakima’s 22% utility tax applied to water bills.
- Yakima County customers (outside city limits) — no city utility tax applies.
This calculator is provided as an estimate tool to assist with planning and understanding your future bill under the new rate structure.
